Registration is now Closed, and we have squeaked by with just enough seats to cover bare minimums.

* Seats can be purchase for $35 at the door, on a fist come first serve basis.
* We kick things off at 10am on Saturday and run until 4pm on Sunday.
* Three PC Game Tournaments, Console Tourney.

Rules & Release
Everyone that attends our event will have to sign a release form. If you are a minor you will have to have a parent or legal guardian sign the form. So, unless they will be accompanying you to the event, you will have to print out the form, give it to them to sign, then bring the signed form to the event. Blank forms will be available at the door.

* This is a "family-oriented" event. Alcohol, drugs, foul language, etc are not welcome.
* We have a no spectator policy to protect your equipment and ours.
* No HACKING. If the staff finds anyone attempting to hack into any computers, switches or other equipment on AsylumLAN's network, you will be banned forever.
* The people associated with AsylumLAN are in no way liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
* If you are acting in such a way that it is disturbing other players or causing damage to other equipment then you will be asked to leave. If you have to be asked to leave the event you will not have your entrance fee money refunded.
* AsylumLAN does not permit nor condone any type of illegal activity. This activity includes, but is not limited to, the copying of illegal software and the distribution of pornographic material to minors. Each machine is each person's own personal responsibility/liability.

We need all currently reserved seats paid for in order for us to cover the cost of the facility. We really want to be able to hold this event. If all the seats aren't paid for we will have no choice but to cancel.

Early Bird Registration - Friday, Jul 24th, 8pm-Midnight CST


This 4-hour registration session is for those folks that want first crack at getting seats and can pay for them right away.

During this session you can register any number of seats. However, they must be paid prior to midnight. All unpaid seats will be canceled at midnight. Sorry, but this rule must be strictly enforced. The best way to pay for seats during Early Bird Registration is with PayPal. You may also hand-deliver your payment to our house in Evansville before midnight (email for directions).


General Registration - General Registration starts Sunday, Jul 26th, 8pm CST

Remains open until 1 week before the event. You can register up to a maximum of 4 seats per person.

* Registration fee is $30 in advance, $35 at the door.
* We kick things off at 10am on Saturday and run until 4pm on Sunday.
* Three Tournaments, Console Tourney, Night Owl Texas Hold'em!
* The Triathlon will continue to serve up good times with three imaginative and fun events!
