To Rent or Not To Rent?

So I was pondering the possibility of renting out a clan server for BF3 come launch. Going off the current pricing for a Bad Company 2 server through Hypernia (3FL) it would cost us using the 1 year prepaid 15% discount approximately $40-45 a month for a 64 player slot public server with branding should we want to tag it.

Spread across all of us the cost shouldn't be more than a few dollars a month. It would also give us admin rights over the box and we should be able to jump in whenever we please thus solving the queue issues.

Yay or nay?
