The danger comes from a tool that automatically idles several Steam accounts and not from Valve. Who cares about Valve.

Are you really asking if open-source program that is available since 2 years and being used by nearly 100k steam accounts has bitcoin miner or malware inside? Of course it does, I'm silently selling your accounts on ebay and nobody noticed it yet .

Where did you download ASF from? I'm pretty sure it's not from me. And no, that link didn't show there, you can clearly see by colors that ASF logging uses white, grey is dedicated for user input.

I'm pretty sure you have some other malware on the PC if things like that are happening. I'd suggest format and clean install of ASF - nobody reported anything like that, and if you indeed downloaded ASF from me, which is https://github.com/JustArchi/ArchiSteamFarm/releases (and only this), then it's not possible that there is any malware inside. I compile it by myself.
