"11. You cannot play the same class twice in a row. You must let the Judges, but not your opponent, know what class and race you will play for your upcoming match."
Can't see any mention of race anywhere else in the rules, so I think you're good to stick with the same one.
Also it was mentioned that depending on availability the matches don't have to be played in order. I'm guessing Rule 11 just applies to whatever order the matches occur in, rather than what they were originally planned (unless of course they do happen as planned, in which case all is well).
For example, you could play all three matchs as draconians as long as match one and match two are different classes.
For further illistration would the following be legal?:
Match 1: Draconian/Theocrat (played at Tuesday 1pm)
Match 2: Draconian/Druid (played the follwoing day on Wednesday 1pm)
Match 3: Draconian/Theocrat (this match is played last on Thursday 1pm)
