I would like to adress you to watch the OVERWATCHES. I think its a good stuff for banning a dude who simply doesnt deserve to play this game..

Do NOT accept the apologizes like "I am a smurf"...Act like true player and make yourself sure its the truth !
Its easy. Just sucriffice your time after each game you played to watch only one Overwatch then play again. ;)
