Ars Independent Festival, one of the most significant cultural events in Poland, has officially opened submissions for the "Black Horse of Video Games" competition. Independent game developers from around the world are invited to submit their projects for a chance to gain recognition from both the jury and the audience. This competition aims to promote innovative, bold, daring to the point of recklesness and original projects that stand our from the crowd.

This year’s edition of the festival gains an extra dimension with the announcement of a partnership with Anshar Publishing, which has become the official media patron of the event. Anshar Publishing, a rapidly growing publisher of independent PC games, brings its expertise and dedication to supporting creative projects. This collaboration marks a significant step in increasing the visibility of Ars Independent Festival Video Game Awards selection both in Poland and internationally.

Anshar Publishing, known for publishing titles such as Coridden, Gamedec and Zoria: Age of Shattering, emphasizes that this collaboration with Ars Independent Festival is a natural step in their mission to support independent creators. "We are excited to be part of such an important event. Our publishing label, as well as Anshar Studios – the video game development branch, have been based in Katowice since 2012. We believe cooperation with the Ars Independent Festival will be another important step to support Silesian Gamedev and an attempt to expand information about the competition both on major sales platforms and among indie game developers", adds Jakub Kwinta, Head of Publishing at Anshar Publishing.
