just some fixes and a reminder that AITM servers are not planned to close as long as it is feasible to run them.

The domain name allinthemined.com cannot be managed by me so I have registered another one a long time ago.

Yes, it is normal that allinthemined.com does not work, sorry if it made you think the server was down.
