About us:
Synergy is a guild that was created by a group of top end raiders that wanted to raid with their friends and have fun, yet be in a competitive environment. In this guild you will find passionate raiders who care a lot about their performance and will do anything to keep improving. Our view on raiding is that one can never be perfect and there is always room for improvement. We pride ourselves on not being egotistical elitists but rather look at factors we can improve on. If you are the type of person who thinks they’ve mastered their class and will never look at logs or care to see what you could’ve done better, this is probably not the guild for you.

While we do like to have a very social and interactive guild at the end of the day your spot will be competitive. What does that mean? If you are playing poorly (whether mechanically or DPS/HPS/Tanking) and we see you putting in absolutely no effort after we’ve talked to you multiple times to try to find a solution it might not be the best fit for both parties and we will look for a replacement. We are a guild that firmly believes a mechanics player will always be better than someone who prioritizes their damage in progression. We love to joke and meme around but we take our 16 hours of raiding very seriously and we’d like for all of our raiders to do so as well.

Since personal loot is now a thing we ask raiders to not immediately equip items and see if the item can best be suited on someone else. We view loot as a means to kill bosses and we will put loot where we think it will best be suited for progression.

During lulls of downtime and farm a lot of us play Fortnite, PUBG, League and a variety of other games. We have a very sociable community that is easy to come into and get acquainted and assimilate with others very easily.
