Tempest Speedrun Plugin

Hello, as we all know our community is pretty big so we are getting the Tempest speedrun plugin to issue a competitive spirit in jumping in the Asian region.
We will update you all on the plugin and hope you guys enjoy it when it comes out. Thanks :D
