PINNED: Here's what ACPReport will and won't review for.
Updated the bit about claiming to be an episodic game.

Old wording:
Being "episodic", but not either: (a) selling the game in individual episodes, or (b) being in Early Access until the game is complete.

New wording:
Claiming to be episodic to excuse releasing an unfinished product. If an episodic game isn't finished yet, you should be able to purchase episodes individually; if a game is sold as a single item, and only has 3/5 of it's content released so far, that's not episodic, that's unfinished, and it belongs in Early Access.

Question - what about games that may not have a coded activation limit (I haven't tested) but have a third-party EULA that requires only one installation?
Subject to this EULA Artifex Mundi grants you a non exclusive and limited license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer or other gaming unit (depending on the type of the operating system which the Software is designed for), only for personal, non – commercial purposes. The Software cannot be shared, installed simultaneously on more than one computer or gaming unit or installed in the network.

I could see either side; on the one hand, that doesn't allow for a backup copy and it's not clear if that'll run into limits with changing systems; on the other, the EULA is available before purchase. (Took me a while to figure out where to spot that, though.)
It's still worth noting. It's very likely that nothing will ever come of it, but even if they don't ever act on their policy, the companies official policy is that you aren't able to utilize one of the core features of Steam(being able to access your library anywhere with your Steam account).

That caught my attention and I don't think should be a hard criteria. Does that mean all games with some kind of episodic structure are immediately suspect? I can name one game that sells all at once.
Being episodic isn't an issue, but it's a term that sometimes gets used as an excuse to release unfinished products. Things like releasing a $10 game, and then just having it end in what is clearly in the middle of the game, and defending that because it's only the first episode(while not listing that anywhere on the store page) isn't cool. People might find it worth buying the game at it's $10 price, but then have to pay an extra $10 later on(and maybe wait for it to release) to get the second episode in order to finish the game. Just be up front about it! Alternately, things like Republique, which released as just a straight up unfinished game, but thinks it's okay because the word episodic was used. If a game comes out with only 60% of the story in it, that's just unfinished. If a game is being released as a single item, it belongs in Early Access until it's finished. If it's being sold as episodic, there should be actual episodes.

That said, I should probably reword that line to be something about using episodic as an excuse to release unfinished products. Episodic stuff is fine, but it's not just a label you can use to get away with doing wrong by your customers.

It's generally only an issue when a game is ported from the console to the PC, but it can happen.
Could you give and example?
