To join a Team/Clan.

There are two Teams on offer at the moment: SISU and Team Obsidian. Head over to the forums, create an account then head over to the recruitment section for more information.

The alternative is to create your own clan, there is currently one clan creation slot open, so if you want to get in on a great clan management system(this community), and have the devotion required to be a leader, contact me (Blue) straight away.
