Here are some tips for an outbreak.

Zombies are creatures that died, that are reanimated, and feed off the flesh of the living. They are slow, and not very bright. They can be killed by destroying the brain, or cutting off the head. If a zombie outbreak was to occur, you would need supplies. 1) Fresh water 2) Canned food/dried food 3) Weapons 4) Earplugs/headphones 5) A safe place to wait it out. Fresh water is needed to stay alive, so is food. Having food that needs to be refrigerated is a bad idea, it runs out easy, and spoils quickly. Weapons are the only defence you have against zombies. Here is a list of weapons. Guns: Shotguns, pistols, smgs, automatics, bows, and nail guns. Guns are a good choice for effectiveness, but are bad for there use. Guns require ammo, and ammo is hard to get. Household Items: Kitchen knife, glass objects, metal objects, tools, and much more. Household Items are good for an easy weapon, but dont last long, they are also short ranged, and without the proper courage, they could fail. There are many other weapons that you could use. 4) Earplugs/headphones are very usefull. The sound of zombies moan can drive anyone crazy. Use earplugs so you can block out the sound of the zombies. 5) A safe place to hideout is something you need or you will NOT survive. Rooms that are high up and cannot be reached are good, also safe rooms, and a small building with doors that are blocked, with an escape to the roof. Blocking your safehouse can be easy with the right supplies, using small things like cabinets, bookcases, or something like that are not good ideas, unless used only for a short period of time. Bar up the windows, or block them with something. Hiding up on a roof is a bad idea. Up there you are stranded unless you have someway inside (If its safe). Hiding on roofs can get you killed because if animals eat the flesh of the zombies, they to, can become infected. You will more then likely want to find loved ones and friends, but dont try to get to them. If they are alive, they will try to find shelter, if they are dead, you cant help them.
