You watch Youtube
You like a youtuber
You Subscribed to said youtuber
You want to make a community (or group) commited to said youtuber
I am that person who will complete that task
Just type in this in the comments
"Hi, can you please make a youtuber group about (name of youtuber) please? Thanks."
If I don't know said youtuber I will watch some videos about that youtuber
If I like that youtuber I will make a group about him/her (or them if it's a group) and say OK in response to that comment
If I don't like the youtuber I will have to think about it.
