The Superhero team formed when mad genius Xeper(xp194) invented both a radioactive fridge and a killer android at the same time. The android was christened B-08 combat android (Byrnbot08) and the fridge infected his friend Skizz with ice powers, creating the imaginativly named Skizz Ice(SonofSkz)!

That very same day, Xeper's attempt to 'Invoke toast' ended up summoning a demon lord from the fourth circle of hell. The demon, Tetemaphon was bonded to one of Xeper's friends, Quad. The new being christened himself Tet.Quad(QuadEratDemonstrandum) and decided to stay with the newly formed team.

Later joined by heros Violator(Volatar) and Master Monicle(Alter2.0) they headed for Metro City. They are The Incompetents, they are friends and together they fight crime.
