Hello everyone we were having bad problems with our old hosts so we have backed up and moved to a new host, Your characters and Settlements Ect are saved and not much if anything should be lost. Our settlements fine and we have checked and everything seems to be there. This is also a server upgrade as the new company have better hardware at a cheaper price.
