Nuu I don't think it's being updated actually, but if it's working I don't see why it needs updating really.

Jike I had same problem as you , you just need to install a file named ( VisualBasicPowerPacksSetup ) and after that it should work like a charm!
You can find that file inside the VMTMaker folder.
