if u get kicked by the VAC Error just do this !

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam
and delete steam.dll and SteamUI.dll and the clientregistry.blob
then Start from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin steamservice.exe as Admin
then Start Steam again
click on CSGO in Steam with RightClick then go to the properties Look for Verify Integrity of Game Cache and start it then start the game and test again
