1. Anyone apart of UWN has the right to be an admin.
2. Anyone apart of UWN has the right to announce as much as they want.
3. Anyone apart of UWN has the right to comment what they wish, except in cases of racism, prejudicism, etc.
4. Anyone apart of UWN has the right to propose an idea for voting.
5. Anyone apart of UWN has the same rights as every other member in UWN (even the owner).
6. Anyone apart of UWN has the right to a trial at any time.
7. The owner is not to recieve any special powers, only the power to carry out the punishishment of someone after a trial, or come up with a final verdict on an important say (all rules apply to the owner).

The New Steam Community Is Coming!

Steam has struggled and struggled to make the best of steam. For the past 3 years they have tryed and wanted new things to happen but couldnt find somthing just right. It seems half of the Steam Community wants a new steam and the other half like the old. The new Steam Community is more so technology based than the one now. The affects and color changes and the new programs we will be able to do will bring support to the members of Steam Community.

Last night i talked with the owner of the new Steam Community group and he gave me alot of information on whats happening. He is a Steam admin because he got steam the first day which was 8 years ago. He said that the chatting bases that happen will change, there will be a new kind of chatting and the chatting will not be as personal anymore it will be more of a wide open chat so that your friends can see. He says the gaming and store website will be more so technology and better ways to get games and get the information you need. Group Profile's will change, Groups will not have announcments that just pop up. The whole Steam groups based will change. Everything will be done in order. Steam profiles will be changed, There making your Steam profile more like Xbox Live, gives you more information on what that person is up to, look at his history on who hes talks to or so called data bases. STeam is also making its community more safer, which means yes they can go into your chats and see what your saying lol, they can go through your history in a blink of an eye, the people who think that they will never know, sorry but they will always know. They monitor the community now everday since the hack.

Messege to RPers!
RP is really dead at this point, not many RP groups are making any success so its not turing out to good for RP. Basing on the looks and things that we relate to in RP, RP will 95% chance will die when the Community comes because really this new Commiuity will change RP alot, RP will not be the same i have been told in chat that 7 RPers are leaving when this happens. So yes the News Programs that steam will have will really Ruin RP sorry to say it because the guy gave me alot of pics and stuff and gave me some cool things to look at and information and he even gave me the beta Lol.

Future of BE(RP)!
British Empire when the community comes we will try and see what happens i will talk with some of the other RPers and see what should happen. If RP does not make it we will go into Community affect and will do our best to stay on track. BE is also trying to upgrade BE, we and the BE admins and Monitors will try and make everything good and prepared so that were ready for this new Community. The Steam Admin guy also said that Group invites will change, It will be alot harder to invite people to your groups so BE is making a goal of 6,500 Members. Information on the New Update will be given so that the Community can see.

The guy didnt give a date, he says it could happen when ever,We dont know when the New Community well hit as he said. You could wake up one morning and the whole community could be liked all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up.
