Scout Role
*************
As usual, get money, live long, be happy, credit to team ,Harass enemy by wearing down their armor. Good tank with bleed.
PRIMARIES
As usual, get money, live long, be happy, credit to team ,Harass enemy by wearing down their armor.
Build with FIRE! The shortstop is your friend/FaN) Scout requires considerable nospread tweaks to be viable at long range. Fire? Fire doesn't fall off. Effective at long and short range.
Against pyros, or shield demos? Slow the shield demos, and buy...actual damage for the pyros. If they have long range, resist it. If that isn't possible, then you may have to rebuild to counter it.
SECONDARIES
These have have different effects, so they get a different section
Pistol-----------------------------------------------------
You should always think of AP with that.
Strong firerate can permit some downsides for that damage multiplicator.
Bullets per shot, and accuracy scales damage.
Put some more firerate and reload for good measure.
Cleaver-----
Deals Melee damage, but at distance, and with bleed!
Making it stupidly powerful, but can lack some fire rate late game. The price ramp up really hurts this weapon greatly.
Note that the bleed duration and heal on hit make you into a health factory that turns people's screens red.
NOTE-This weapon can't hurt engi buildings.
Milk-
Milk enemies. Use as a part of the game sometimes better left unupgraded. Remember that healing also regens your power supply with a small ratio.
Crit a cola+Bonk
Use Bonk for the sheer usefulness of extra resistance, and short invuln.
MELEE
Pretty much the same for all classes, fire rate, damage/fire, then tweaks when the price of damage exceeds AP cost. etc. If you go over 60% attack rate as scout, your melee breaks. Slow it down with tweaks to unbreak it. Heal on hit is amplified, so use it as much as possible!
BALL WEAPONS
They provide some utility. Sandman if you can aim and lead, but Wrap is very good for the 15hp/persecond in close quarters. The airblast is also useful for keeping enemies away.
Careful though, you might not want to use that weapon in late games, as all opponents
should already have 90% of slow protection, so they need to be already hurted badly
to get knocked. NOTE, you can't kill sentries with balls.
SOLDIER
-Role, Killing Robots. Providing Crits. Kills at choke. Tank/Giant Killer with Kami
Rocket Launchers
Splash if there are good defensive posistions. That splash can wipe buildings with ease. It is also good if you can't aim. It lets you take on 3 enemies with ease. Fire rate and splash is very important.
Secondaries
-Any Buff
All of them are good. The most important is the "Buff Banner" one which supports your team., and yourself, giving practically 100% crits with "Mini crits become crits" on Rocket launcher or melee
Soldier Melees
Generic Section here. The main thing is the "Kamikazi" Referenced earlier. If you buy it on a soldier melee weapon, and swich to it using !sprev or !snext, then activate "UberTech" mode, you will explode like a sentry buster, dealing massive damage.
PYRO
-Role- Armor Killer, kills at choke, hardcountering classes that require getting close, creates strong defensive positions with other teammates, projectile spammers.
PRIMARY
Flame size is bit misleading. It does increase flame size, but after a while, you won't be able to attack enemies in front of you, much like a blind spot. Other than that, your flamethrower has 2 main builds. Airblast-To stop enemies from rocketing you, however, now that slow stops you from blasting too far, you may want to wear down your opponent's armor. Very expensive only viable at higher levels due to ammo concerns.
Flame-Duh. Buy some cheap ammo consumption decrease, instead of more ammo.
For me, there are 2 subcatergories for Flame.
Instakill is where you go for the instakill/highdamage flame that wears down enemy armor using direct fire damage. Afterburn, is where you be the guy everyone hates, causing a slow death by armor decaying afterburn.
SECONDARY
Buy crit burning players. My favorite weapon for this is the Shotgun, or Scorch shot. Scorch is more viable due to it's splash in late game, however Shotgun has better AP tweaks for kill potential. Ammo is the main concern with the Scorch Shot, buy plenty of ammo to support your supercharged fire rate and reload. For the shotgun, reloading is the problem, untill you start running out of ammo. Assault weapon is also very good for building AP.
MELEE
Generic Melee Section here, save the fact you should buy "Crit Burning Players"
DEMOMAN
-Role, Tank, Choke spammer, Tank/Giant Killer with Kami
PRIMARY
Pipes are unreliable, at best. They are most effective when spammed into a chokepoint, eg, Hoodoo's second. You should be aiming near the floor to spam rollers. If you can aim, go ahead. Loose Cannon is unspammable, and loch, is paying to use normal rollers. Iron bomber is a good alternative.
Booties, are good for raising health and charge time. Use it if you are a strong, independant demo who don't need no pipes.
SECONDARY
Stickies are great for denying areas, or creating chokes, though not as good as a sentry or pipes. NOTICE Spaming stickies is hard at full firerate+reload, you will require a macro or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. And, no, you still can't fly by taping down m1 and m2. Keep dreaming.
Shields-Use just for the resist and charge. It's a cheaper way of movement, though be prepared for slow. Do try and use the persuader with it though, saves some money on recharge.
MELEE
Generic Melee Section, save the fact that Demo is equally tied with spy for the melees. Use the shield to flank your enemies. Bash them to push them away and deal laser damage (You terrible person) and you have Honor Bound(Which can make you into a unkillable tank, if you can find people to kill). If all else fails, use Kamikazi.(Note, the more health you have when you Kami, the more damage it will do.)
HEAVY
High damage output, Hitscan damage, somewhat good durability
NOTE-As heavy, it costs more to get power regen, oddly (As far as I know)
PRIMARY
Stare at spin up time dreamily. You won't be maxing this in the early game. You can mow down enemies with high bullets per shot and fire rate, making it Ideal for killing armor, though not as good as a pyro. What you want, however is ASD/Accuracy Scales Damage, damage, and Armor penetration. You'll dish out huge amounts of damage, but die quickly without a pocket medic. And, even that can be stoped with a single emp.
Secondary
Shotgun section, nothing cool here
Sandvich health can't be increased, but throwing it gives half a ally's health
Dalakoth is worthless, 50 hp is nothing
Steak is also quite iffy, unless you like melee heavy. The speed boost does not stack past 15% speed.
MELEE
FIRST GENERIC MELEE SECTION, Save for the holiday punch, it lets you stunlock enemies from afar.
ENGINEER
Roles, Area Denial, Push support, ammo supplier, Great for setting up forward bases, Armor killer, Anti glass cannon (Basically the most vertasile class in UberUpgrades, though watch out for those EMP's!)
PRIMARIES
First, disregard stock shotgun. I would not reccomend ANY of these shotties for active combat. Most sappie shpee's are evil and have huge amounts of armor. Buy assault weapon if anything. But, what you are here for, is the tweaks. They can give your sentry a HUGE advantage.
SECONDARY
Pistol
Now, you might have come to engi for the pistol. That's alright. Treat it as a scout. But, depending on your game situation, you'll have to pick between both engi or scout for your asd fix.
Engi benefits ! Scout Benefits
High Ammo max ! Faster base reload
Rancho relaxo * ! Higher Base Mobility
Sentry multitasking! Double jumping
(It's the most op thing in the game*)
Engineer is much more vertasile than scout, but in the late game, scout becomes a better dedicated asd mass murderer, without money constraints.
Wrangler
Your sentry is going down anyway. Against splash/fire, you'll die. You can't even use it with the hat! But, against bullets, you can have your sentry tank crap loads of damage and deal out tones back! But, you have to expose yourlef to use it, so, don't die.
Short Circuit
Become a pyro. The damage ramp up is really good, and you can piss off soldiers and demos. However, you can't kill sentries, so you can get shut down easily if you want to be a carrier.
MELEE
Y'know, generic melee section here. Buy shat tonnes of attack spd though.
SENTRIES
Yeah. If the enemy has tanks, buy tonnes of fire rate, it also helps kill. Damage and deploy come next, and then health. Sentry hat over wrist. (Wrist can kill you) Enjoy ruining the fun, this is what happens when you sign up to be a UU engi main, at least, untill they have 6 emp spies with unkillable sappers no matter how much damage to buildings your wrench has.
Classrole
Revives(MvM), heals, ubers, milking,tanking
PRIMARY
Crossbow
Spam arrows! That heal restores your ally's armor, so spam it everywhere! It can also turn you into a bleedtank! And, medieval mode. What? People don't play that anymore except for trickstabbing spies that would be better off with actual experience?
NeedleGun
Milk and fire are the core of your build. Makes medic effectively invincible.
Secondary
Uberspam! Go, go go! Get as much uber as possible! Your team will love you! You are also vertasile in providing crits and invuln! Shield can be used as a pushing tool in MvM!
Melee
Generic Melee section save you should buy firerate and range, with ubersaw's uber on hit.
Sniper
420blazingit. Massive burst damage.
Snipper Riffle
Snip. Snip. Snip. Bleed gives major damage ourput, and no falloff lets you kill easily. Once you max firerate and reload, you become extremely reliant on your team's ammo. The high burst damage, combined with some skill, lets you kill giants near instantly.
Huntsmen
Tauntkill provides good stun spam. Aside, the benefits of the buyable AP and extra AP really help. Spam arrows, though you will require a macro or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to use to it's full potential.
Spais
420NoscopeKnifOnly
Role-Money Stealer-Nuker (It's the DotA I tell you, the DotA!)
Revolver
Build up bullets per shot. unless you can get 100% more damage. AP is very handy.
Fapper
Either have the sentry die instantly or have the sapper live forever
Knif
Armor Penetration, bleed, damage, fire rate, and range. You are the best melee class and can clear out waves of bots solo.
Community Builds
DISCLAIMER: Generally builds aren't very...adaptive. They aren't very flexible, so only use if you have money at hand!
Doctor Who's Sniper
My usually build as sniper:
Tank + Oneshoter = OP build.
U need: Darwin's Danger Shield or other shield and sniper rifle, normal skill with sniper class
U need +200% damage on headshot/full charge, +200-400% damage, 5-10 upgraded times charge rate and +80% charge rate after headshot (7-8k damage on headshot with full charge withaut enemy armor). Shield gives to you upgrade 40 hp/upgrade. You can upgrade your hp to 2-10k easyly. To became god u need to upgrade very many power supply and power supply regen with maxed out armor all types. After this, you have 2-7 dominations. Sorry for my English :З
Cookie's Engineer
Max your speed, and jump height if required. Build at least 200% sentry HP, max deploy time on buildings. Firerate and damage after that, next come sentry hats ( a nice luxury)
Wrench firerate if you are like me and believe minis are obsolete. Invis for harassment. Incase of Fapper Spies, Give up your sentry or kill it. Wrangler can help your big sentry take hits, but most of the time it dies instantly
Jargon---
Glass Cannon- A build that consists of solely offensive upgrades.
Tank-A build that can require whole teams to focus down

-Something amusing like, will try and update whenever possible and I get off trying not to get flamed for feeding in DotA 2.
Its dependent on the Max amount of Power Armor you have.
For instance, Power Armor 10 is 10% regen from your Max Power Armor. 1000 PA is 100 Regen with 10%
Ermehgawd, a Stockie!
Cleaver-----
Deals Melee damage, but at distance, and with bleed!
Making it stupidly powerful, but can lack some fire rate late game. The price ramp up really hurts this weapon greatly.
Note that the bleed duration and heal on hit make you into a health factory that turns people's screens red.
only thing i'd add about cleaver is its not effective at taking out engi builds :)
Edit
Added engi section
