If you got problems starting Mumble today, you need to download this file http://mumble.info/fix/mumble-1.2.3-resigned-binary.zip
and replace your mumble.exe in /programs/mumble/ with the one contained in the .zip

Background: The murmur.exe is signed with a certificate that ran out today, so you have to replace it with an actual valid certificate
