"Once a cheater, always a cheater"

I would like to start by saying, TopNotch is a previous sourcebanned player.

Sourcebans an extremely powerful anti-cheat with thousands of reviewed demos a day.

For months I, and LOTS of other CS:S Members have been encouraged by TopNotch... Then he started doing some different things. It seemed from 1 week sucking, the next wallbanging people & blatantly tracing them through walls "Legitimately".

After being begged for him to stay in I5 after another long story, he decided to make his own team called "PowerLine".


I will be submitting all the raw information given in this topic group, on multiple websites aswell as Sourcebans.

I'd like to say, there is always a beginning, but if you use any exploitations, cheats or illegal addons there is an end to!
