Added the ability to craft more than one of an item at a time with a crafting bench
Fix rare issue where creating a coinflip may fail due to duplicate UIDs
Fix extremely rare issue where you may not be refunded if creating a coinflip fails
Crafting an item should give you quest, leaderboard, & bp progress based on number of items crafted
Added the ability to stack jackhammers and chainsaws with the same durability
Fix staff not being able to run certain commands on players sitting / in a vehicle
Added chat and audio feedback when an item drops on the ground due to a full inventory
Fix fishing rings not granting quest progress, give progress based on number of fishes caught
