Bounty hunter can use the bounty board in the PD lobby to acquire a target
Simplify stealing bounty list from cop.. remove 'bounty list' swep, press E on a cop to pickpocket
Obtaining a target by pickpocketing a cop gives you 2x the money
reduce the minimum distance you have to be from a bounty target by 200%

Fixed a ton of bugs with the CC editor and model pool
Builder job has more default models, access to /size command, supporters can use the model switcher
Added vote to freeze all props on the server (may help with physics-based server lag when no staff are online)
You will get XP when your dingleberry or puddle pet effect is used
You will be notified in chat when shocked by a hacked entity
Trade requests no longer reveal mr. bones' identity
Fix optional server content banner not disappearing even when you were subscribed to everything
Fix minor issue when picking up a dropped snowball swep
