Welcome to the Mediteers! We are a TF2 combat Medic group that while being a private group are always open to new members! The three admins (including myself) are online frequently, and if you wish to join the group, just go to my profile and post a comment below asking to join. I will be more than happy to quickly review you and put you in the ranks!

PLEASE NOTE: We are a fairly small group at this moment in time. I will try to be as active as I can with this group, but I cannot guarantee frequent updates and stuff like that. Within the near future, we hope to maybe start an MDT competitive group that will hopefully be a bit more active. Have fun and see you on the battlefield!

Meet Your Match Update: A Medic's Standpoint

Before I even get to the main topic at hand, I would liek to apologize for the HUGE inactivity that has taken place with this group. It is entirely my fault for not keeping up with the group.

Anyway, onto the point of discussion...

It's been over a month since Valve released the Meet Your Match update for Team Fortress 2. With Competitive Matchmaking and Passtime finally coming out of beta, this update was supposed to be (or so it seemed) like one of the largest summer updates TF2 had seen. However as we all know, this update was far from perfect and Valve got tons and tons of backlash almost immediately after the update was put through.

So today I wanted to address how this group felt about this update. Please try to be civil with your response. I personally do not mind if you become a bit unruly, but try to keep it as toned down as possible.

Hey there Mediteers! Like the last announcement, I have a few Comp beta passes I want/need to give to others. So if you are lacking in a Comp Beta Pass and qualify to get one, leave a comment below and be entered into this opportunity to get a free beta pass.

There are five passes to give away, so if there are only five comments from five different people, then those five people get the passes. If more than five people comment, then I will use a random number generator to decide who wins. The numbers will be based on a first come first serve basis.

This will help us possibly start an MDT Competitive group so our community can actually hang out and do stuff.

Probably part of the reason why you were invited. We here have some basic standards. Either you're half decent looking and good at Medic, good looking and good at Medic, or good looking and not so good at Medic.

i checked back on the comments and tbh i dont think im a really good medic probably just because i have fancy aussies and unusuals
