Seeing that there's issues with how the situation is with the tier as well as the lack of people. There is going to be some changes around here and that I will be converting this tier to be the 50s with the concept in mind. Sign-Ups are hereby invalid and that all positions currently held (With the exception of Aiden's Japan and Persia's America as they've both done a very well job at it) are hereby null and void.
