A new group I'm setting up, to be a personal team, hopefully to take to Highlander, eventually.

So, yes, a comp team. Hopefully.

I'm going to keep this small, no bigger than 32, to account for any substitutions and perhaps extra teams.



EXPERIENCE: I'd prefer you to have at least 500 hours in TF2 before applying. At least 100 hours must be in a single class. This requirement exists to ensure applicants are dedicated TF2 players with at least a somewhat advanced understanding of the game. An excpeption can be made on the class hours, if the total of hours meets or exceeds 1000.

PROFILE: Your profile must be public and clean, and not an alt. For the sake of the team's repuatation, we can't allow anyone who has been VAC banned, or marked as a scammer, or is someone who simply doesn't present themselves as upstanding people.

AVAILABIITY: I'm from Central Texas, meaning I run in UTC-6:00, or Central Time. I will generally be online from anywhere between 9:00AM-2:00AM. This is a wide range of time, and applicants hoping to join me should be active somewhere within this time.


UNIFORMITY: The {VIOQILL} tag is going to be required during trainings and events. And, when playing for the team, the uniform is a cosmetic set painted either A Deep Commitment to Purple, or A Noble Hatter's Violet. It's for uniformity and design.

PROFESSIONALISM: Basically, keep things clean. I can't have the reputation of this team sullied by a scammer, a hacker, or someone constantly causing drama. Do things the right way, and don't start fights.

GROUP ACTIVENESS: Stay active within the group. Join the team for practice and game sessions when you can. Help the group members who need it, and keep everyone in the loop. This isn't to say that you can only be with VIOQILL, but if you're truly dedicated to being a part, you'll be around when you can.
