To be a part of the DapperChaps, you must have filled out certain criteria in life:
1. You MUST have worn a monacle at some point...
2. You MUST have a moustache and/or the ability to grow one.
3. You MUST have shouted "HUZZAH" at some point in your life...
4. You MUST own a top hat.
5. You MUST have highly tipped a waiter/waitress at a restaurant.
