For the love of me DON'T CLICK THOSE LINKS.

If you do, change your password, your email, and perform a virus scan. If you think you're still having problems, delete and re-install Steam. It is very extreme and will uninstall your games (but you'll keep all your progress) but it should remove the phishing problem.
