Server is listed as an unknown status on tcadmin

If it's maintenance it could be offline for as along as an hour

It'll likely be up by 18:00 UTC -6
Hopefully sooner than that though

Due to the lack of any file transfer allowed from EoR's side of things, new users will not see *any* server groups that do not use default images (we even use cutom images for Admin and Channel Moderator). This might force us to switch providers once more.
