How to play with others? <--Watch this!

After u have joined the group, if u find anyone is playing TF2, then you go into TF2 and press "Shift" + "Tab" at the same time.
You will find sth named "Friends"
And click the "see all friends"
A window will pop out and click the "groups"
Click our group's name
And click the triangle of the person who is playing
then click "play with him" or sth like "join"

ENJOY!!!
