A TF2 Sourcemod aiming to create an authentic old-school experience!

TF2:PC is a mod headed up by BigBeef, lead developer of Illustrative Fortress. Under the hood it is a fork of TF2 Gold Rush built using the last publicly available codebase.

Our ultimate goal is to have a playable time capsule of TF2 as it was before the MannConomy Update with the QoL features afforded to us by the modern Source Engine SDK. Mainly using a build of TF2 from July 2010 as a reference.

This will entail a historically accurate selection of weapons, cosmetics and maps. Restoring the 2010 UI / HUD. Reverting weapon stats and class-specific mechanics to period-appropriate states. Reimplementing assets that were once higher fidelity but later downgraded. Possibly sprinkling in subtle enhancements along the way.
