Firstly, all members should post on the "Check In" post on this steam group's discussion/forum section. It helps me out with the HR part of the unit immensely. It also helps everyone put a in-game face/name to a steam name. If you only do one, register to the forum and check it semi-regularly at least.

Secondly, if you have not registered on the forums, please do so. The steam group is not mandatory (just recomended) but the forum is. That is where the majority of the information will be disseminated if you do not have contact with your higher ups via Steam or Teamspeak for whatever reasons. It also gives us a concrete reference point to when/where/why(ideally) things were posted to keep things orderly.

Thirdly, TF Command is shuffling a lot of digital paperwork to make sure we can provide everyone with the best experience we can with what we have available to us. Understandably, this takes some time to make sure all the puzzle pieces fit in a way that provides the maximum efficiency with our time and hardware resources. I personally thank you for your patience and encourage you to give us your honest (yet constructive) feedback. Beyond that, I invite any member of Task Force 121 that has completed the required introduction into the unit as per their Section (1st SFOD-D, 2nd MRB, 3rd MAW, 31st MEU, and KSK) requirements help out with some of the unit support roles if you have the time and knowledge/willingness to learn. These sections, such as recruitment, mission planning, mission building, zeus operators, the mod team, and the media team) work to improve the situation of the unit for everyone.

Lastly, if you need to know for a variety of reasons, be it you have an issue, concern, suggestion, or request for the command staff it may be helpful to know who is what for who. So below are the whos and whats for the command staff (not including their back up representative):

HMC (FMF) Genesi - Task Force 2IC and 2nd MRB Representative
Maj Reinert - 3rd MAW CO and Representative
Hptm M. Mercy - KSK CO and Representative
SGM Frost - 1st SFOD-D Lead and Representative

And to clear any confusion, the term "Command" is separate from the command staff in that we (HMC (FMF) Genesi and myself) have access to most of the digital resources that the unit uses (i.e. the game and teamspeak servers). Any higher authority is for emergencies and seldom used.

And our goal, as the lead of Task Force 121 is simple: have fun playing Arma with cool dudes. And remember the Golden Rule: Don't Be An Asshat.
