Steam is falling way back on the support system and they need to realize how many customers they are losing. Is it that difficult to buy some phones and hire some employees steam? Because we know Steam is a big and powerful company in the gaming industry and we know also that you can afford it. Your ticket system is archaic and inefficient and needs to be replaced with a far superior phone support system.
