When will Steam app load games on to Android

I have invested most of my gaming money and time into Steam and there are several games on Steam that are sold on Google Play. Could there not be an option to allow approved by publisher games to be download to Android device connected to the mobile Steam app?

I know there is the Steamdeck but I'm not taking additional devices around where ever I go. Mostly looking to unlock some achivements.
