Does not record gameplay when playing on another PC/Laptop in streaming mode.

My main account is on my desktop PC and I have a secondary laptop which I sometimes play on. I have found that when streaming to my laptop, there is no game-play recorded on either my PC or Laptop.

The sequence of what happened and what you observed:
Steam installed on PC quite some time ago, Steam installed on Laptop earlier this week.
I have a Synology nas with my Steam games installed in a networked folder/drive.
Discovered Steam has it's own recording function, so sent about setting record for each game as infinite (on PC & Laptop).
Stream played Lego City Undercover on my laptop.
3 days later I checked the record folder of the laptop to discover no video of my gameplay, so I checked the record folder of my PC and it was the same, no video of my gameplay of Lego City Undercover.

I have since attempted another go at trying to record my gameplay (which now works) and for some reason, it saves the recording in 'CLIPS' folder, NOT the 'RECORDINGS' folder, yet it does NOT display these clips in the window that shows one auto recording from 3 weeks ago and 2 screenshots from 3 years ago.

What is the smallest size in duration does a recording have to be to be a 'recording' and NOT a 'clip'.

Also, the recording only work on manual, they do not work when set to automatically record when game starts.

The recorded 'clips' also do not show up when viewing the recordings and selecting 'all'.
