Issue: Unable to Stop Recording! Automatically Switches to Background Recording! Cannot Delete Clips!

The recording settings for "Background Recording" have been configured with 300 minutes of recording time and 27GB of space, and I have confirmed that the recording mode is set to "Manual Recording."
However, after long recording sessions, the system automatically overwrites earlier recordings.
Frequently, I encounter a problem where recording cannot be stopped at all—neither the hotkey nor clicking "Stop" via Shift+Tab works.
After closing the game, the recording automatically switches to background recording and becomes impossible to stop permanently! Additionally, the resulting "Background Recording" clip cannot be exported or saved as a new clip.
Even after restarting Steam, I am still unable to stop this "Background Recording"! Restarting Steam causes a significant loss of recording duration in this background clip, and it becomes completely undeletable! Whether I try deleting it through the settings, selecting and deleting it from the Recording and Screenshots page, or even manually deleting the folder, this background recording clip cannot be removed.

I have the same issue and have racked up over 200gb of recording and i need to delete this massive clump from my computer any solutions please!
