My Steam game recording feature cannot capture microphone audio.

Initially, it wouldn't even record game audio. However, I discovered that if I changed the audio output method within the game, such as switching from speakers to headphones, it wouldn't record the game audio after the switch. Since then, I've made it a habit to set my desired audio output before launching the game, which resolved the issue of missing game audio. However, it still cannot record my TeamSpeak chat audio, even though I have selected the option to record all system sounds in the settings.
