Steam Recording won't record audio for most games.

Games like Team Fortress 2, Overwatch, and Rivals of Aether 2 will not record game audio. However other games like Sonic Mania will record audio just fine.

All settings for every game is the same:
Record in Background, Enable Hardware encoding, and HEVC. Max framerate 60. Max Video height 720p. Record microphone disabled. Record Audio from "Game Audio Only."

Have checked multiple times in properties, and steam overlay of games listed above to make sure background recording is enabled and the record audio settings are the same. Other recording software like Nvidia Overlay or OBS is NOT enabled.

disable participation in steam betas, this fixed the bug for me, if it is not enabled, unfortunately you have to contact support.

I am not in any betas unfortunately. But good to know in the future for whenever I do want to use it.
