Programmer Joe, can you good folks at Valve fix that? I'm hoping for a upcoming fix soon because otherwise whole game recording feature don't work because clips stays locked in steam game recording window as clips without me exporting.
UPDATE: Now my previous clip got glitched with another clip, needs some serious quality of life patches here I think.
I can't save with export video file

There is a issue on the new export panel when clicking the progress bar thing.
To ensure you are in the latest beta client, from the main Steam window, select the Steam Menu -> Check for Updates.
Thank you sir but there is simply so many things needs to be improved and fixed, such as GUI scaling on export panel, exporting progress bar scale and fixing the H265 related(?) "failed to export try again" This time text simply turned into red colour, error still there.
I believe messing with settings in export panel ruins the entire process, sometimes work sometimes not. I was able to use "Filesize" panel instead of "Custom" and was able to export in 250mb minimum but it was choppy and stutter.
Choosing 720p or 1080p in custom panel results in (blue progress bar thing, not the button)
Something went wrong while displaying this content. Refresh

Same, I can record in H265 however output is choppy and stutter. Plus Steam clip library does not read the H265 videos. I can export the original clip as original without edits but that is it, none of the other export options work.
Can you good folks at Valve please fix that.
UPDATE: My latest video also quite low quality as it's compressed to the hell without me doing anything other than clicking "Export Video"
