Multiple Discord options in "audio from othe programs" settings
I checked Discord box from the list of programs and the first time I tested the audio was recorded correctly. After a few days I cliped a game and I realized Discord audio was not recorded. The settings were showing two check boxes called Discord and only one was checked. Yesterday I tried to clip a game and Discord was not recorded again. The settings were showing three check boxes called Discord and two of them were checked.

PC information
- Version of steam: 1731433018
- Platform: Windows
- Graphics card: RTX 3080
- Games played during the test: Elder scrolls online and The crew 2
- No other game recording software used
- Regarding audio, I use VoiceMeeter Banana to separate communication audio (e.g., Discord) from standard system audio.

To add some more context: according to this Reddit thread, the issue might be caused by how Discord updates itself. The Discord update causes the executable to be put into a different folder each time and if Steam Recording uses that path as reference, then it won't match the updated version. A fix could change it so it goes by window name instead of executable path.

I see this issue frequently and it's fairly frustrating. It would be useful if Steam was able to retain which apps are selected, even if the apps update and their exes/paths change.

Really does not excuse this when other programs manage to get around this. OBS for example looks for an open instance of 'Discord.exe'. So Steam must be doing it in a really janky, inefficient way for it to be showing duplicated like that.
