Why the game recording start automatically on cs2?

I set up "no recording" on the steam settings, but it will start automatically when the cs2 launch. I have no idea why?

I dont know why no one replyed yet, but i'm having the same issue even with recording disabled. And i think it is not just a visual problem, because ever since this started, my game is now having lots issues

same here and it shows it in the post game summary in your library but nth is saved for me

Are you sure it is recording and it is not just timeline markers? As in, have you even watched what it recorded? (If it recorded something)
