Steam recording needs volume adjustments

My mic is quiet on recording compared to everything else and there is no way to change it unless i boost it outside recording

ya im having the same issue right now and i have my mic maxed out in the mic settigns through steam

I have the opposite problem. In all recordings my mic clips like crazy. Using FX Sound software also.

Oh i had that issue too but i fixed it for me by changing a setting for mic under game capture settings to mano because steam is having issues recording multi channel audio

Not your mics problem or 3rd party software its on steams end that they need to fix

I'm having the same issue where my mic clips every time i start saying something. Hoping that gets fixed asap!!
