Dolphin as a non steam game has extremely messed up colors, when using vulkan

the game looks fine, it's only in the recording where it looks like this. those windows sounds are when i open the overlay

everything comes out fine when i use dx12, dx11, or open gl. software doesn't seem to output anything to the recording, but it runs horribly and is only intended for dev use anyway
