Not Seeing The Recording Option

I just heard of this and set the app on my PC to Beta and I am not seeing what is stated in the Steam support page.

"In the Steam Client go to Steam > Settings > Game Recording (or while playing a game, open the Overlay and then the Game Recording tab at the bottom of the screen.)"

Am not even seeing this option with the Steam overlay. Screenshot can be provided.

Any ideas Anyone, I Do not see how to Start A recording.

Can you go to Help > About Steam and tell us what client version you're on?

Hi, I checked the update logs we have for your Steam client and it looks like there may be something wrong with the install that is preventing it from updating (and consequently preventing Steam from opting in to beta).

Could you check to see if you have a file named Steam.cfg in your Steam install directory and remove it if so?

You can also re-run the Steam installer to fix any broken files afterward if Steam will still not update, instructions here

I deleted the cfg file and ran the installer again, steam did do a quick update, and this is what I am seeing from the Help/about

I pulled a bonehead move, I forgot to select Steam Beta Update from the Client Beta Participation section. Rechecking in game now
