Sharing clips/videos

I think it would be a really great way to integrate the new clips/recording feature into already existing community stuff if we could share them like we can screenshots/artwork.

As it is I can only send links to my friends or save the clips. I can't "share" them publicly on steam or upload them as videos to my profile or anything like that. I know I can upload them to youtube and embed them on my profile, but I'd like something a bit more streamlined.

Might help give some of those less used features more traffic as well.

From the looks of it they probably don't want to deal with the extra storage and bandwidth. They already have hard limits on what you can upload for QR codes and share to other PCs
