The sequence of what happened and what you observed

NVIDIA Broadcast being enabled in Windows Playback Sound Settings (Even if not set to default device) causes playback in the UI and clips to have no game sound aside from Microphone audio.

I have changed the setting in Steam Recording to pickup all audio sources and still had the same issue.
