Bring back "Browse local folder" for screenshots
I see that with the update they merged and changed the screenshot viewer, but the button for browsing the local storage location for screenshots on a game is gone. It's related to the recording thing i suppose. Can you please add that button back? I had to look up where screenshots are stored and get there manually... this shouldn't even be a thing one has to do.

I agree. I used to share my screenshots with friends outside of steam by grabbing a jpg from that folder, now to do that I have to use the "save an external copy of screenshots" feature to be able to conveniently grab the needed pictures, wasting more space on drive

I agree as well. It was so nice that you added the button to go directly to the screenshots when before you had to go through multiple menus. I cannot understand the reason behind removing the option altogether.

i cannot believe why this would even get removed! what's the point! it really needs to be brought back. such a downgrade in usability

Huge +1 to this, I share my screenshots elsewhere too!

I had access to thousands of my screenshots, I could easily open them where they were located on the computer, and now I don’t even know where to find them!
Please return the function that was there.

for now if you want the route is (base drive may change)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR_USER_ID\760\remote
and in here you'll see a bunch of folders with names as numbers, that's the game id, you'll need to find which id your game has and go to it, or... manually check.

of course, this shouldn't be how we do it now... that button needs to return

And ability to add comment before upload.
Also mass deletion is not working currently.
Ouch.

Yeah, I'd like to see the previous screenshot functionality restored too if possible. Because the beta implementation just isn't working.

I don't even care that the open folder button often opened the explorer window in the background; no matter how many times Valve tried to fix that.

I liked the previous UI to upload screenshots, it seems better to be able to write a text or title to the screenshot before being able to upload it

-When I delete in Steam Screenshot Manager (SSM) a screenshot taken since the new SSM, it is back in SSM during my next Steam session (screenshots taken before the new SSM are not back)

-SSM shows only 100 screenshots : so if I have more than 100, I have to delete some of them to see or to share the rest

I posted on Steam Universe (I didn't know this group exists):

Also agreed. The files are still stored locally under steam's folder so there should be a way to access them.

+1 yes please, looking for the files is unnecessary tedious without the button
