Feature Suggestion - Record Last XX Seconds

On windows, pressing Windows+Alt+G will create a clip of customised length of recorded gameplay, much like how holding the screenshot button on the Nintendo Switch will create a clip of the prior 30 seconds when holding the screenshot button.

While I do like markers, I find going in to get the clip I want of gameplay less intuetive than simply just pressing a keybind that just saves a clip automatically.

I think it would be handy if this functionality was added. The addition of placing a, perhaps different coloured, marker to mark when the clip was recorded would also be neat so, in case the clip you recorded is missing some additional gameplay, you can go back and get it.

I'd prefer if this was an additional feature on top of the "Overaly shortcut key(s) to add a timeline marker" for those who want the feature like myself, though the ability to turn it off would also be neat for those who don't.
