Can we get higher bitrate options? 24 Mbps quality is not great

First off, I absolutely LOVE the UI for clip management, it's quick, seamless, and easy use, major kudos to Valve for making such a great feature!

My only request is that we can get something higher than 24 Mbps bitrate, NVIDIA Shadowplay lets me record up to 250 Mbps which is an insanely huge step up in recorded clip quality.

I'm running at 5160x2160 resolution (1440p ultra wide @ 2.25x DLDSR) and the clip quality is definitely lacking compared to Shadowplay, very grainy/pixelated.

I'd even be happy if uploads are not allowed for ultra high bitrate clips (since they take so much space) if we could at least save them off locally, and then re-encode them at a lower rate for Steam uploads/sharing.

Recordings only currently have a limit for 1 minute or 100 MB for upload, so it'd probably be a very short clip that could be uploaded.

I get that, but I don't care to upload every single thing I clip. Sometimes I just want to save an awesome clip in the highest quality for myself, and maybe I'll upload it later to YouTube or somewhere else.

Or like I mentioned, give us the option to upload it to Steam later but at a lower quality, but let us keep the original

Yeah yeah, just letting you know that there's a good possibility you would be able to upload a small clip if such a feature was added
