Steam Recordings: Separate recording of each audio channel
This is something I always wanted, and neither NVidia Shadowplay (At least it used to not be a thing when I last used it before they started requiring an account), nor Windows Game DVR support this.

My use case - I don't always want to record microphone/discord, but sometimes I do. Predicting this before recording in not an option, especially when using "save replay" method. I could then in video editing software include or not include the extra tracks.

This feature would make this new tool better compared to the aforementioned tools.

Another +1 for split audio channels.
As is I'm using OBS to record game, mic, Discord, and all computer audio to separate channels.
OBS is rather cumbersome however, having something that's always running when I boot up a game would be great.

+1. I’d love this feature!
This would absolutely be great, spiting the tracks for easier video editing
It would make video harder to watch for general player though so probably off by default

Really hopeful this will get added seeing as it's one of the top 3 suggestions I see echoed on the forum.

Yes!, I need this.

100% agree this would be a huge difference that sets it apart

I need this as well. Without separating the audio tracks, I have no reason to use this over something like Shadowplay, which does it already.

Shadowplay most definitely does this, at least with microphone tracks, I use it heavily to edit my mic audio separately. Go into the Shadowplay settings and look under Audio, it's right there. The new Nvidia app does the same thing.

Actually Shadow Play has a split audio feature to split gameplay audio and voice into seperate tracks, I love this feature as it makes it super easy to edit audio on videos, hope Steam Game Recording get's separate audio tracks for voice and gameplay aswell as I would stop needing an extra software then

It does have it, but it never worked for me. Both tracks were silent, both on older and new beta. Tried reinstall etc. same result :/

Dang! That's crappy. It's like the only reason I keep using Shadowplay over anything else, as it does it easily enough on my end.
