Maybe reading the announcement before making suggestions could be handy
This may depend on the platform you are using Steam on.
For me, on Linux, the 'Record Audio from..' is locked to 'All System Audio', but on my Windows 10 machine, I can select from either:
Game Audio Only
All System Audio
Game and Selected Programs
That last option appears to be what the original poster is looking for. An option to select both their desired game and Discord together (though I haven't tested this). But maybe they are on a platform that doesn't support the feature as of current (hopefully that is a temporary limitation).
